Well, in the case of the ADA, it was amended around 2007 or 2008 (it had become law in 1990). There have been several Supreme Court cases related to the ADA, but none ever ventured into overturning it, as far as I l know.

That answers the question. If it can be amended, then the Constitution trumps it.

US constitution can be amended. But here is an interesting fact. Amendments can not be deleted. When booz was outlawed via amendment the only recourse was another amendment.

When you realize what it took to have both of those Amendments put into the Constitution, you'll understand the value of a vote. It's a lot different than amending a law or a Gov't Act.
