Be wary of any AMP in South Carolina. Check your surroundings.

If a daycare facility is nearby, which is very possible in centers with many places of business, the charge against you is a $10,000 fine, 10 years imprisonment, or both.

The 10th Amendment can get very expensive for you.

Someone mentioned Amendments are set precedent on some cases in our Constitution. It makes me wonder with too many whatever terms Acts are precedent over Amendments such as Americans with Disabilities Act?

Simple test: Can an Act be found Unconstitutional? Or does an Act require an Amendment to repeal?

Well, in the case of the ADA, it was amended around 2007 or 2008 (it had become law in 1990). There have been several Supreme Court cases related to the ADA, but none ever ventured into overturning it, as far as I l know.

That answers the question. If it can be amended, then the Constitution trumps it.

US constitution can be amended. But here is an interesting fact. Amendments can not be deleted. When booz was outlawed via amendment the only recourse was another amendment. :)

When you realize what it took to have both of those Amendments put into the Constitution, you'll understand the value of a vote. It's a lot different than amending a law or a Gov't Act.

one simple comment: Constitution, Amendments, Acts, and Precedent cases were/are designed to confuse civilians and benefit attorneys/politicians.

Prohibition is a good example of what happens when pious moralists get their way. Even losing that one didn't matter. They'd rather go down in flames for their beliefs.
