If they had cams during the raid I was at, it would have shown me getting my wallet back from police emptied out.

The Monger Demographic is pro police, so it's difficult for them to believe this happens.
The cop probably just considered it your contribution to his retirement fund.
If its a choice between being pro LE or pro criminal element, I'll take LE any day. But you should be wary of them. They can save your ass, but never assume they are your friend. They can get medals for heroism. but mostly make rank by busting people and getting convictions. And some of them use their badges to feather their nest. If you get a chance, watch the movie "Internal Affairs" (1990) sometime.

Oh, yeah, I know from a lifetime of family. But the problem is crossing paths in the mongering world makes us the criminal element.

To make a long story short. A undercover le arrested a provider during the session yesterday. I was contacted for help yesterday, which I did. I used the precedent case to the da that using undercover le was illegal. The da dismissed the charge and the provider is a free bird now. Our next step is to submit expungement at their expense. Us!

Use Your Civil Rights first if they violate any of your CR, challenge them and chances of them dismissing your case will be greater!

When you say precedent case did you Site a prior case that set that precedent or did you present your argument to the DA.

Also if the case was dismissed what are you expunging? Her prior arrests?

As long as it does not contradict with the US Constitution, the State is free to make its own laws.

Federal laws are generally applicable in the same way across all state borders. However, under constitutional laws, states are allowed to create, implement, and enforce their own laws in additional to federal laws. This is because every U.S. state is also a sovereign entity in its own right and is granted the power to create laws and regulate them according to their needs.

Another reason behind this is that each state has unique characteristics in terms of factors such as:

  • Geography and natural resources
  • Location
  • Demographics of the population
  • Historical operations of business, commerce, and industry
  • Public policies and community standards in the state

One of the better argued articles. But the coalition of How Dare You Do That! will now vilify it even more. And idiot politicians will double down on telling us what we can't do. Just like the "great" state of Texas did this month.

Follow mongers out of the spa and make a traffic stop
Hey bro, always appreciate you staying on top of this kinda stuff, providing the reference,.... thanks for the post. This whole thing seems a little nutty, but....

Unlike when "4475" was taken down, for a while before, some leaving the parking lot were being pulled over by Johnny while driving.

In this instance, I got the impression, they were grabbing the dudes as they exited the spa/building and yes, 18 of them dropped dime, admitted paying for sex.
The difference is, "4475" probably has 25/30 businesses in the building, made me wonder about the "how and who" they determined to pull over, not knowing where they came from within the building,.....perhaps some type of monger profiling, lol?,.......what was the common thread on appearance, what does someone paying for sex look like,... other then maybe having a big smile while at the wheel.

I'd also like to know about this dude:
(>:The fallout has been large, the States Attorney's office in Montgomery County having to hand the case over to Frederick County, after it says a part-time contract employee at the Montgomery County States Attorney's office was involved in the case, creating a conflict of interest. The employee is no longer with the states attorney's office:<)

Guess no one realized one of their own quite possibly was being serviced, pretty funny.

What's not funny,....they didn't get specific but it appears a GPS tracking device was used, maybe planted on Emily's car. Makes me wonder why someone didn't simply follow her the ole fashion way, lazy bastards. If the case, I can't imagine how this was legal unless there was some type of court order/doc in the mix....also doesn't indicate what happened with the 6 ladies,.......hope they got away unscathed.

This case has a lot of the latest in police tactics....

Follow mongers out of the spa and make a traffic stop. Arrest the ones who admit to paying for sex. 18 of 60 mongers who were stopped admitted this. Bad idea, guys.

Police will do anything for easy arrests. They don’t care if it sticks. They want the headlines.

Did you see the term they used “ House of Prostitution”. The same phrase I have been saying to the guys who think cops can’t stop you for just going to a massage place. You have no idea if that place is under surveillance. Be safe and if you get stopped. Don’t say ANYTHING. At all. Don’t think you are too slick to out smart the cops. They can lie to you and say they aren’t looking for you, if you just admit this, nothing will happen to you, we only want the owner of the place etc, etc. Be polite, be calm but do not admit anything.

Besides dodging an arrest at an AMP during a raid, I've only once had a cop follow me out of spa in 35 years of mongering. I had left the place and a cruiser was in the lot. He slowly followed me out onto the roads and kept his car literally inches behind me. All I saw in the rear view was the windshield. I'm thinking, do I just pull over now or keep going? What is he going to do? I decided to keep driving and maintained the speed limit. Just before the town line, he made a turn and was gone. I'm sure they were doing that with a lot of mongers.

Probably running your plate for any alerts to pull you over. When it came back clean from dispatch all he could do was wait and see.

I had not considered that. After this happened, I kept my eye on the local news to see if the place was raided or just shut down. To this day, about eight years later, it is still open. But it did stop offering FS.

The other thing: if you find yourself in a situation involving LE, remember that you are or were at a business. Most likely licensed by the town. It offers massages. You were there for a massage. That's all you should say.

That's right. If you're from way out of town and the cop asks what you're doing there instead of something local, just say you have a brutal chronic bad back and no one locally gets the job done. A friend told you this place is the best in the state in technique.
