I trust a judge to interpret the law in this kind of case more than 12 random people. I get Kraft will think they just need one juror, but a billionaire Northerner???? Good luck.

Kraft will win. He made his living hiring people who know how to use the rules in his favor, find gaps, and if need be, bend them. He can have Brady testify for him as a character witness, and after a couple of smiles, he will own the women jurors.

We can only hope that they (Kraft and his lawyers) decide to reenact the massage events in the court room.....leading to an immediate acquittal and happy ending. My guess, it's over by half time.

Kraft is a billionaire with very deep pockets. He should hire a plethora private Investigators to follow all of the prosecuting attorneys and judge and delve into their backgrounds ......I'm sure some of those guys utilize prostitutes or spas, and those videos could prove rather interesting. I'm glad to see Kraft is fighting back and not folding like a cheap camera!

That is a true statement if ever there was one. I don't think he is out of the woods yet. If he mailed that fraudulent threat letter to himself, which I am sure he did, he can be prosecuted on a federal level.

Apples and oranges, what Smollett did was a felony and what Kraft is accused of is a misdemeanor. Smollett willingly stage his own attack for publicity. The police could have nabbed the wrong guys, guys who were at the wrong place at the wrong time. Kraft got a massage and a handshake. Morally, Smollett should be held accountable. Morally Kraft has done nothing wrong.

Not even close. The deal was to admit you would have been found guilty if the case went to court. Most plea deals don't go that far.
