Not even close. The deal was to admit you would have been found guilty if the case went to court. Most plea deals don't go that far.

When you take "Plea deal" you plead guilty to something.

The prosecutor would probably give a puff job to Kraft to get him off his back! The prosecutor has a civil service job , and can probably be ter minated with a few well placed phone calls from powerful people!

The judge made a decision to approve the taping at the spas. At trial the lawyers will attempt to poke holes in how he was wrongly told about trafficking and how they obtained info on the customer's in many illegal traffic stops etc.

Just cause the judge approved the warrant and surveillance doesn't mean he did it illegally and at minimum erroneously approved it. You are aware of this.

I'm glad Kraft is fighting it. And you are correct Kraft apologized to his friends and family in regards to putting them through this. However never said he did anything wrong. On the contrary his lawyers are saying this is a faulty case and want to challenge it in court.

He is not taking this lightly and I hope he wins the case. If not then we all will be affected with cameras in rooms

Like I said almost 2 weeks ago, that Kraft's legal team would do. Kraft's lawyers are stating now that the warrant was illegal because cameras are to be used only in felony cases and no one was charged with a felony NO ONE.

Also those traffic stops were illegal among other wrong doings. I'm hoping Kraft's team makes this police department look like morons and how them having lied to the judge, may even have another judge simply state the warrant was illegal and suppress the tape. Which is what Kraft wants and his team wants to go to court.

So, if a massage girl lets another massage girl rents a room in her home, she is guilty of a felony. From the mammasan to every massage provider they all helped each other out which is how the state can charge them with felonies. The man was charged with racketeering. I have no idea how they came up with that one. Personally, I think this was meant to pressure them into cooperating with the police and portray themselves as trafficking victims.

They are all concerned with their own jobs ......High Profile Prosecutions and convictions would greatly enhance their status in the eyes of the Tax Payers . Unfortunately y they have awakened a sleeping giant .......and I'm not referring to the Hard On in Kraft's shorts. His crew of High Powered lawyers will chop them right up! Grab your popcorn folks .....if this trial does go to Jury .......it should be quite a show!

I had seen his request for a Jury Trial .....but once those prosecuters realize what they are up against. Namely a group of highly paid defense lawyers they may wish to just drop all charges rather than be totally humiliated!
