I doubt it, this is Florida...the most jacked up state in the union. In 2011 the sheriff in Polk County investigated an established porn star. They investigated for a month before arresting her and her husband for making and distributing obscene material. Look it up, Kimberly Kupps Vs the people. She was banging guys in the privacy of their home while her husband was taping it. The people of Polk County continued to elect this jackass sheriff.

Looks like the Kraft charges will be thrown out , Expect Kraft's attorneys to file a motion to dismiss based on lack of evidence, probably tomorrow. The state can either dismiss charges, appeal the decision or take it to court. But so far they haven't cited any evidence other than the video surveillance. How stupid of this prosecutor to waste Taxpayer money on this Bull Shit! The prosecutor probably has an election coming up and wanted to look good!

If the prosecutor went into the south Florida country side looking for Klansmen then the boys UNDER the hood would also rip him a new asshole. If went into Chinatown looking for real traffickers, if they have one in south Florida, but this WAS an international operation, then the Chinese Mafia would also rip him a new asshole. So, it was logical to go after everyday guys getting a handy after a massage for insignificant money. You have to love it, our government at work.
The traffic stop has come under question after a recording of a police radio exchange reportedly captured the officer who identified Kraft saying he would “come up with something” to justify a traffic stop of the suspect who left the spa immediately before Kraft.

I have gotten into the habit of leaving my tip on a shelf in the room under my watch. Videos showing money changing hands can be an issue. I believe that you cannot video with audio. I may be wrong on that tho. The act is an act between two people that may have feelings for each other. It is a consensual act. The cops inadvertently ended up with Kraft, but, with his team of lawyers and his money (think OJ) they don’t have a chance.
