Kraft's lawyer, William Burck, told ESPN: "There was no human trafficking and law enforcement knows it. The video and the traffic stop were illegal and law enforcement just doesn't want to admit it. The state attorney needs to step up and do the right thing and investigate how the evidence in this case was obtained."

You are talking apples and oranges. Patel was found innocent. Kraft is not innocent and has not been found innocent by the police. Hence him being charged with his two counts.

They have plans to sue. Let’s see where that lawsuit goes. I bet no where.

Patel getting his feelings hurt and feeling his shame will get nowhere. He has to bring a civil case and prove a loss to get punitive damages.
I guess we need to wait until some woman finds out she was watched.. then it will become interesting
Surprised honestly that no woman so far seems to be concerned about them being watched and videotaped

Tell that to Kraft and the other 100 guys who got charged.

I disproved your question about why they didnt go in sooner. I said I did this in 5 mins. I forgot about Patel. I think the cops would leave out the Patel case. Have you seen anyone else arrested, charged or brought in claiming innocence? I can’t find any. So yes I stand by my statement of what the police would tell the judge to get the video approved. You keep trying to spin it though and keep trying to make your argument based on your, I think so, it should be, how it’s suppposed to be or want it to be. Plus the charges WERE dropped so yes so he is not facing prosecution. The police completed their investigation and dropped charges.

I will now leave you guys to discuss freely.

Yes that is what they will argue.

I agree. The cops pulled over the cars after they left the spa so they could identify the men. Did all of those drivers conveniently violate the motor vehicle code at just the right time?? I doubt it. What I don't get is why Kraft is speaking out and apologizing---seems like he should keep quiet.

What did he apologize for?? If you read he actually doesn’t apologize for anything. Says he is sorry, but for what wrong doing. Talking about how his behavior was groomed by his late wife. His lawyer wrote a great letter.

Now I do believe they will have trouble defending those stops. They had no probable cause to pull them over.

The apology was written by his public relations people and approved by his attorneys.

I am sure the judge did and it outweighed the few guys who just got a massage.
How could the judge assume prior to the taping that "only a few guys solely got a massage? " Also, I am sure at least some customers were women. Remember, this spa was in a shopping center in a ritzy area, not down some dark alley in the 'hood.

At a DWI stop, how many innocent, non drunks, pass through to get to the drunks who are on the road? Should we not have those stops cause we are worried that innocent people will be stopped in the process?

The judge thought about all ascpects and they outweighted the fact that people getting a regular massage would be video taped?

If drugs are being sold in a back room at a strip club. Should the judge not approve surveillance because the girls might be nude on video? Or if the place is giving xtras in the lap dance area, should we not allow canera’s, which places do have already, in the lap dance area because there will be guys just getting a lap dance?
