Ate dinner with Danny Ainge in a Chicago steak house named Gibson’s. After dinner we walked across the street and had a drink with Joe Montana. It was on Rush street.

The most amazing pitching duel I ever saw was Gooden versus Steve Carlton. Carlton was at the end of his career and Gooden was either first or second year. Complete game performances, Gooden winning 1-0.
