I saw him up close during the final round at the U.S. Open in 1973 at Oakmont. That man could draw a crowd.

Grandpa munster. He was an ass. Every time I watch the Munsters I want to punch him right in his beady little eyes. Psfor, you can tell your stepson this one. Hung out with Pantera before a show once. Drank half a case of my beer, but the most down to earth people on the planet. This was before they got big, but they deserve every ounce of fame and money that came their way. Talked to Raquel Darrian at a strip club once. Other then being ungodly hot, she was a genuinely nice person. Went to give her some money, because I thought was why she came over to me, and she said no. Just wanted to talk to me for some ungod known reason. Met some other members of bands like Corrosion of Conformity, DRI, and Testament, but most don't know who they are.

After Bret Michaels I guess Terry Labonte if NASCAR fame. Met him in Concord, New Hampshire Friday before the race. Very laid back, surrounded by a bunch of Kellogg's Corn Flakes boxes.

Bob Dorough from Schoolhouse Rock fame.
So Koondog does the name Fidge aka Tim from Slayer ring a bell. He spent a brief time in Metalwolfe before joining Slayer. Partied with him a few times. RIP buddy.

I love COC and Testament, most metal from that era I am really fond of.

Doesn't ring a bell. There was no Tim in Slayer that I am aware of. You mean Tom Araya?
