This was exactly my take on this guy, as well: he doesn’t partake because of the risk, which is fine and not something that anybody would ever comment on, let alone criticize; meanwhile, it apparently drives him nuts to constantly read about other guys having the times of their lives, because they’ve decided to accept a higher level of risk. Other than being a classic example of sour grapes, I can’t imagine his motivation to argue this much about it, even if you give him the benefit of the doubt that his motivation for his OP was purely altruistic concern for guys he doesn’t even know except by their accounts of all the girls they’re BB’ing. I’m going with sour grapes, here, vs. altruism.
I think that the OP is exaggerating to make a point. But the bottom line is, of course there is risk to all of our AMP visits. There is a risk of a raid by LE, there is a risk of the place being robbed while we are there, there is a risk of getting an STD. But we all know that. And we will take as much risk as we personally see fit in the AMP world , and outside of the AMP world. Nothing that he or anyone else says will change our appetite for risk in AMPS or outside of AMPS. We all are who we are and will use our life experience to make decisions of how we want to live our lives. Many of us are addicts to sex, and also other things. So we will continue to do what we do. If the OP or anyone else thinks they will change our behavior by posting a few links and scary stories, they came to the wrong place on this board.

Absolutely nothing in that guy's entire 10-page-long posting history suggests, even remotely, that his motivation is "looking out" for anybody. My guess is that he works in the medical field but not in any capacity that actually requires an advanced degree in anything, let alone in medicine; and he just likes to pontificate about medical topics here as though he's some kind of authority in the field.
