It's not the same. Trsyt is a sure thing. You pay, you play. For me personally, I'd rather hit one of the Flushing Fast Houses before Tryst. Girls are younger and it's a better value for a quick fix.

If you are in good shape and want to trick yourself into the "low volume" game you can have a nice cardio workout with a hot chick. If you are young and have some game you can find civvies that are hot and play them as well. I was reminded by an acquaintance that did frequent these higher end girls that they are "all broken" despite the outward appearance.

Rich old men with young arm candy is very universal. Rich old men paying for young female companionship is as old as time. Hostess drinking goes back hundreds of years in all of Asia. Geishas in Japan. Tea houses in China and Korea. KTV is just a modern version of Hostess Drinking due to the popularity of Karaoke. You don't got to a KTV to get laid on the spot.
Talking to girls is something that at some point you get good at........one tip I can give you is that girls love being asked questions. The more curious you seem about them, the better. So think of ways to keep a flow of questions that are not cheesy coming. Also, learn to agree with them, even if you don't 'cause the moment you have a difference of opinion early on in meeting them, things can go downhill real quick.
