She also wrote that prosecutors across the country are getting approval for sneak and peak warrants on matters that are not justifiable.
Problem with that isn't limited to the DA or the LEO, the judges are either in on it or they are being duped. when they sign off on the warrant.

Yes, that is probably the crux of the problem. If judges stopped signing off on these things so easily, prosecutors may start to end the use of them in non terrorism cases.

I can't fathom how a judge could not ask the prosecutors in the Kraft case why they just don't go in if they have a suspicion of trafficking? And then deny the request.

I am not a licensed attorney in a state of any states on Earth.

The first step I do is when client contact me for help, I gather facts and make recommendations.

If client want me to help him/her, my first step is to make a Notice of Representation to the Court and submit the same to the opposing attorney.

The opposing attorney can not communicate with the defendant and will communicate with the defendant's attorney and/or advocate.

This is where fun battle begins with the opposing attorney because they have ethics to follow to maintain their licenses.

I mentioned x number of cases once before I immersed myself into amp business. After I got immersed with amp business, I have succeeded about 90% cases being thrown out before going to courts.

Among the 10% in courts with New Orleans as an example among other jurisdictions, either the Judge rule in defendant's favors or the opposing attorney drop the charges.

Every time Judge rules in defendant's favor and/or the opposing attorney drop the charges, I tend to make a motion asking the opposing attorney to exonerate the defendant within 20 working days at their expenses.

Repeating: I am not a licensed attorney in a State of any States on Earth.

Let me share another example: A provider's work permit expired this month. Exact date withheld. She applied for renewal back in late June or early July. I took care of her matter one morning and her work permit was extended for additional x number of days because of a specific rule written. She is back to work.

I will be leaving soon and assist another provider to obtain a green card.

Legal battles stimulate my heart and has been making me feel like a 20-year old man! Very exciting!
Notice of Legal Representation is from an individual stating that they have retained an attorney to represent them in a specific matter. This letter sets out a brief summary of the issue for which legal representation was sought and the name of the attorney and relevant contact information.

Since this is filled out by the individual announcing who will be representing them and you are not an attorney, therefore cannot legally represent them, why are you filing this? This is to announce the actual attorney and law firm representing them.

Because it is a rubber stamp process. In Houston they should never have gotten a warrant for a no-knock (home invasion) raid on clearly a bogus investigation. I guess when you go before a judge it is automatically affirmed.

The lead investigator lied about making a heroin purchase from the now deceased defendants, he has been charged and is facing murder charges x 2 counts.

Can anyone represent themselves as pro tem without an attorney? Yes! In order to do that, the person must notify the court he/she will represent him/herself.

Same principle as an advocate with a client

And you don’t have any ethics you need to follow whether it’s to maintain a legal license or not?
I must abide by ethics with or without license. Upperhand on my end is that no one can report against me to lose any certificates or licenses related to an Advocate.

We have county and state bar associations. Do we have county/state Advocate associations for clients to file grievances? None.

Up to clients to boot me out or retain me thru the process.

As an aside - The Great State of Florida does not offer reciprocity of any type to attorneys from outside of their Great State. The principal reason (unstated) is that they do not want attorneys "retiring" into the state and continuing to practice, taking away business from instate attorneys. It is also interesting that the cost of the licensing process in Florida for an experienced attorney coming into the state is much higher than someone seeking admission directly out of law school. It is a form of protectionism. NY on the other hand offers reciprocity to any holder of an out of state license IF that state does the same for NY attys. Most states will also require that you have been in practice 5 of the last 7 years.

The quality of people being hired as police officers may be dropping. Difficult to quantify.

I do wonder about policing these days. When I dodged an arrest at an AMP, the cops pilfered $200 out of my wallet. Good job guys, I guess it went towards the office party.

Personally although I think the cops used bad techniques that should be discouraged, I can’t fault them arresting a guy who believed he was meeting a child for sex. At the end of the day, a grandfather actively seeking out a 14 year old girl for sex is a pedophile, and that is very very wrong.
"The chats began on hookup site SkipTheGames.com, where Keshmirian responded to an ad that appeared to be for an adult escort. But detectives with the Sarasota Co. Sheriff’s Office (SCSO) changed the woman’s age to that of a 14-year-old after the conversation about sex began."

I think the grandfather to be thought he will be meeting with an adult. If the Sheriff's Office changed he woman's age to 14, the grandfather to be may not have noticed the age change.

Hey njlefty, you're correct. The grandfather to be thought he will be meeting up with an adult before the Sheriff's Office age the adult age to 14. The grandfather to be may not have noticed that.

After reading the article again, I assumed that the Sheriff's Office "verbally" changed the woman's age to 14. At that point, grandfather to be should decline the "woman's" invitation.
