First couple of times I was 17. Went to a place in Maple Glen PA and many times a hole in the wall place in Jenkintown. 10 HF + 10 tip in 1978.
Another place was next to an adult movie theater around 22nd & Market in Philly. 60 bucks HF for FS.

Could that be tested same place that's Hand Healing now? Second floor above the dry cleaners behind the pizza shop?

I was only at the place in Maple Glen once. The other place I frequented often back in the day. It was on Township Line Rd between Jenkintown and NE Philly with an entrance off of an alley.

I started to late to experience Callowhil. My understanding was that Bella's/1041 was the reseerection of Callowhill.

I started at 61, and had some luck at first but when I discovered Spa Hunters the whole game exploded. Bella's quickly became my go to place.

It has been a wonderful ride for the 8 years since then.

Yes, I agree, Spa Hunters took the game to a whole new level. Started in 2010 at age 57 and still at it 11 years later. Always love the new experience.

1041 was really nice, what a great setup- but Callowhill I had an indescribable aura, and lineup that wouldn't quit. It was magical.
