I'm firmly in the camp that wants and enjoys the full 60 minutes. If it's really going to be 45 minutes, then as several have said, say so up front and stop saying "I'll make it up next time". One time I can forgive, two-in-a-row, forget it. Yep, I'm that dude who enjoys the final "6 minute and 30 second foot massage", although in my case I'll usually turn back over for more back and shoulder work. It often makes the difference between a good session and a great session. If the session goes to 70 or 80 minutes, I'll almost always reward it with a slightly bigger tip and/or a promise to come back soon, which I will be happy to keep.
Yes I totally agree with you. We are paying for a service. I am sure everybody works hard for their money. When paying for whatever you're purchasing you usually get the full product/item, never particularly. If this is the case maybe they should adjust accordingly or for warn the customer.

All shops face the same issue. Too much work for two girls, nor enough for three.
Other shops actually abide by a schedule. And customers know this and call and schedule. We all love this place, but they will NEVER change. We discussed this over two years ago and have continued since.

It happens everywhere, walk ins upset the rhythm of the spas scheduled appointments. Unfortunately, it's hard to send $$ out the door. I've even heard, "I'm sorry honey, this customer only takes 20 minutes, lol".

I’ve never had this happen to me in the Allentown area, chun, vip, nds, tspa, bss back in the day.... But seems like this is the new norm in the burbs, 309, HH, etc. they all talk to each other and strategize. I haven’t ventured to philly amps recently so can’t comment on them.
