I do not know what is reasonable. As I said, my data points are very different.
If I had to guess, I would say 30 days might be the MP time limit, but I don't know.
However I am sure you understand that according to the submission to the judge for the warrant I am sure EVERY MP is a "highly likely" combination of sex, drugs, trafficking, gun running, money laundering, terrorism, basement production of nukes, and a whole lot more. Maybe aiding and abetting aliens from Neptune with a UFO repair fascility.
You can't be too cautious when going in to raid aliens with nukes and UFO tech. I am probably wrong--maybe it takes a few years to plan it correctly.

I know a good friend who was trafficked. They seriously damaged her life, directly led to her daughter being murdered, actually used her and her daughter's photos and info in national anti-trafficking speeches and ad campaigns, AND HAVE NOT DONE A DAMN THING FOR HER TO RECOVER HER LIFE. Not talking money, but things like grief counseling, PTSD help (yes, finding your daughter dead and having the cops show up and treat you as the criminal even after it is clear you are not IS traumatic), etc.
The whole "help the trafficking victims" is bogus BS.

Arrest warrants are open-ended primarily because there is a strong possibility that the subject may be "unavailable" for various reasons (i.e. subject in custody by another agency (Federal, state, local), not wanting to "tip off" other suspects, subject in hiding or out of state/country, etc.).
I DO agree that, barring unusual circumstances, warrant should be executed as quickly as practical/possible

Understandable. Just my opinion that amp is minor in my eyes and why go after them hard where the le has better things to do such as issuing speeding tickets for the WHOLE community safety and revenues. Makes me wonder if le are using amps as an excuse for larger revenues using cash asset forfeitures? Amps do not harm our communities!
I'm convinced SESTA is a result of the White Genocide theory that the Trump administration has stopped just short of explicitly endorsing. Cracking down on abortions, cracking down on nonwhite immigration, endorsing immigration of so-called white people, and cracking down on sex workers with SESTA. Basically, the people pulling strings behind the scenes in the Trump administration want to do everything possible to get the white birthrate up. Well...everything short of actually supporting the middle class and making it affordable to have a family...
I'd really like to know if anyone in LE has ever publicly credited sites like SH, RM or this with intel for busts (preferably with a like to the story). Or even if someone has a friend in LE who referenced these sites. I realize it would be smart for them not to divulge their intel sources, but I wager the number of spas busted on the basis of site posts alone is zero (or close to zero).
I've always contended that the cops would know exactly where the erotic spas are even without these sites. Just like, during Prohibition, they knew where the speakeasys were. Some have pointed out that civvies might read these posts and complain. Maybe. But I think they are far more likely to jack off over a post than complain to the cops (by a ratio of 999:1).
I'm not saying we should start posting explicit reviews. That would be very unwise. But I also don't overestimate the role of these sites. It's all hearsay, not evidence.
