Alright I’m genuinely curious here as always see guys looking for this. Am I the only one that is petrified of the bbbj? I mean these girls are turning over God knows how many clients every day not to mention travel frequently to nyc where the number probably doubles. What makes you guys feel like that risk is worth it?
Believe me I get the appeal but are you guys all single or just not worried about anything coming home?

I've been enjoying BBBJ for years as it feels so much better than CBJ and I've had no issues but there is statistically a greater risk than CBJ but statistically there is a greater chance of catching someone even when being covered especially with FS than being monogamous. It comes done to how much risk you are comfortable with.

For me, there's no contest between how BBBJ and CBJ feel. Actually, neither one really gets me there; I'll tolerate CBJ while I do enjoy BBBJ, especially when she knows how to work it well. Not all of them do.
If the RA is comfortable with your meat in her mouth (means she checked you out thoroughly during the TS and made sure that you're clean), she's got to enjoy it more (or dislike it less) that way, too. Having a latex bundle sliding in and out of your mouth must not be pleasant.
I'm a bit more concerned overall about providers at spas in center cities (Phila, NYC, urban NJ, etc.) because of the high throughput, and so far have mostly stayed in the burbs.
A widower here, so no worries about potential collateral damage. Is that your biggest worry, not your own health?
I reciprocate orally whenever possible because that enriches the overall experience for me (and hopefully for her). I know there's risk there, too.
Let's face it, this isn't a safe hobby like chess, and even then the pieces are being touched by your opponent.

We all have a set point between risk and pleasure, and that point probably changes over time, both directions.
I didn't mean any disrespect, and the goal is to embrace what you're doing and how you're doing it.
And definitely embrace the one you're doing it with!!!

I have never found bjs from Asians to be very good, generally speaking they have small mouths and don’t understand that teeth scrape is not wanted. That said, I have had my share of bbbj and with the right girl would prefer it over cbj, especially if she lets me deep. Generally speaking given the poor quality of bjs from asain providers I just cover it. As for the risk, assuming you don’t have an open sore on yourself and neither does she there is not much risk unless she deeps you as the throat is where the virus or bacteria is, not the mouth. Since very few go deep I think it’s usually safe you won’t catch anything, but why take the chance unless she is a real gem in that dept…few are.
