I used to get generic V in Mexico, which is available in every single pharmacy still. It had varying effectiveness, as likely also those other mail order ones that's prevalent now, due to lack of FDA oversight on the overseas manufacturers.
I just get it from my US doctor now. I know the OP (from over a year ago) said he couldn't get it from his doc because he didn't need it. If that's the case, just tell your doc a little white lie and say you do. It's not like he'll have a test for you and send in his hottie medical assistant and see if you get hard. Your doc will just prescribe it and you use it as needed. You fill that prescription as frequently or infrequently as you need. I currently keep a 16-24 dose supply and order as needed through Kaiser. With these I know I'm getting the mg's that's listed on there.

in the last 5-10 years I notice it takes me a lot longer to get hard. What use to take maybe a minute is now 3-4 minutes or more. Once I’m hard I’m at a 10 on the scale as good as it could get; it’s getting there that takes a bit.

For the first time, I just tried Tadalafil 10mg (a generic version of Cialis). It takes 30-60 to work, but it turned me into an experienced 20 year old! (I’m 50 now) I do have a stuffed nose tonight which I’m sure is a side effect. Hope the headache doesn’t come too. Next time I’ll split it in half.
I’ve actually found that splitting cialis in half; taking one in the morning and one at night is plenty for me and absolutely no side effects vs taking too much and being wrecked with side effects about 24 hours later to the point where I question whether it is worth it. Given it’s long half life; you can just kind of keep a steady state of it with this method and be good to go.
I never had problems when I was younger, but had a difficult time getting hard after my prostate was removed due to cancer when I was 56. Even though it was the nerve sparing robotic method I couldn't get wood for a few years. When I was in my 30's I tried yohimbe which gave me an outrageous boner, but the side effects were feeling jittery and almost like I was getting the flu. Today I am 70 and can get "hard enough" with 100mg generic V, but get stuffy nose and blue vision.
Changed urologists in 2020. My new doctor is a younger guy, and during my initial visit he inquired if I was having any ED issues. Without missing a beat, I advised him that with weed and the right woman I’ve managed to avoid any issues so far. Thought he was going to fall off his stool! Seriously, I’m 68 and I still toke or vape on the way to all my AMP appointments. So far, so good.
