I often wonder why these companies say Viagra/Cialis only work for people who need it. So if you don't have a problem, and you take it, its just a placebo effect. . I can say I had no problems in my 20's and I took Viagra as an experiment and without question the stuff worked.

Try taking Arginine or Citrulline. Both are amino acids. They both dilate the blood vessels increasing blood flow. These are used by body builders. Amazon or any place that carries body building supplements will have these.

The body naturally converts Citrulline into Arginine.

Arginine can give you the runs. I would try it a few times. This way you know how much you can take before you need a bathroom. You don't want to loose control on the MT and surprise your favorite provider. Lol

Yeah the stuffy nose and flushing is pretty common. Currently taking 2 20mg sildenafil but 10mg of cialis worked better just the cost of Sil is considerably less then Cialis
If I need to be ready on a Saturday night, I take a Cialis on a Friday night a couple of hours before I go to bed, to sleep through the side effects. Or maybe even one on Weds and another on Friday. This seems to prepare me sufficiently for action.

Viagra is a staple of the porn industry now. Almost all of the young and fit guys use it in order to get harder and stay erect for longer periods of time. None of those guys need it for ED but they take it anyway because of it's affects.

My erectile function slowly declined over a period of about 3-4 years. Had no clue why. Started cialis, and it worked, but it just didn't feel natural. Like I am just masking the real problem that is only going to get worse and then the pills will stop working. Turned out I had sky high BP. Fixed that, and fixed my ED. Now I have like 3 months supply of Blue chew I am not using. Should probably cancel the subscription.

I guess the moral of the story is, pills are fine for special occasions, but if you can't get hard naturally, you should fix the root cause of that. Because the root cause gets worse, and then the pills stop working. Then the next step is needle injections in the dick or a penile implant. No thanks!
By the time that happens you won't care that much about fucking just a HJ will be good.

Here's my POV. I notice some people talk about being in great shape and not needing any assistance. Or how they won't need it.
Good luck with that. I'm 59. When I was 45 I blew a disc in my back. My game has never been the same - but I'm in amazing shape. I had some back problems for about 5 years, got some treatment, lost weight, now I've got a BMI of 24.9 and keeping it there, low body fat, etc. I work out 4-7 times a week, eat right (mostly, still love my ice cream) and I have had ED for the last 9 years. Tried Viagra with a doctor's trial pack, and it worked, but I hate taking any kinds of drugs - plus Viagra is linked to heart issues and some of the ones it's linked to run in my family (though I don't have them - yet, and hopefully never).
In addition, testosterone declines with age. Good friend of mine was well known for his endurance and power in the sack. He's 6 years younger than me and in better shape than I am. I tend to think he overdoes the party drugs (which I don't do at all), but he also has low T - really low T. He uses some kind of underarm thing to keep the T levels up. Even with that, he uses Viagra, which I think he's nuts to do, especially when he's indulging in the party scene.

I've not been diagnosed with low T, but I've taken stuff to raise my T levels, and that's helped a little. Not a lot. So I've come to the conclusion that the issue is the nerve damage due to my back issues.

It sucks, and it's embarassing in the wrong situations, but in the right situations I don't need much help. I can get hard, I just can't hold it for long.
When I was younger, I'd be (as Andrew Dice Clay used to say) "Hard as a diamond" - and I thought "damn, I'll never have issues". Wishful thinking.

I envy the younger guys, and even the older guys who don't have issues. But I definitely would like something to give me that little extra boost. Just don't want to use Viagra or Cialis. I have an aversion to prescription stuff.

Look tell you docotor you have performance anxiety-make anything up you like, this is not an freaking opiate. It's not that big of a deal. You know, I don't need wine, but I like a glass with dinner. It's recreational . . .
