I’d personally go with cialis. It last a lot longer. You can take it and it still works 48 hours later. Viagra only works for maybe 12 hours tops. Also I find cialis has less side effects.

The only positive to viagra is it’s a bit stronger and it works quicker once you take it.

The side effects i experienced with both were very bad, but somewhat slower to come on with cialis than viagra.
With V i often wasnt even done with sex before the pain and vision loss started. With CIalis it was more like an hour later.

Taking viagra; the side effects hit me like a ton of bricks. Pain in my legs; headache, run down feeling, tired. Felt like I was hung over. To be very honest; it wasn’t worth it. Also a reminder that “hey remember when you could get hard naturally and skip all this? Me too”

They probably don’t stress the side effects enough with these meds.

Cialis; much less, but still felt the blahs come on slightly 24 hours later. I’ve found that splitting cialis and taking half’s about 6 hours apart essentially eliminated it.

Still I don’t really recommend these drugs long term. They are a nice treat, or insurance for special occasions. But it’s a bandaid for a physical issue.

I personally prefer Cialis, it seems to take effect faster and there is less sinus, congestion, etc. Remember to take on an empty stomach (1 hr before or 2 hrs after meal). I have noticed a slight headache the next day and some low back pain if I took for several days. They work for at least 24 hours and for me work better after about 12 hrs than before. Viagra is hit or miss for me plus the congestion, etc... it has the same empty stomach restriction but does only last about 4 hours. For either to really work I have to be turned on anyway. Neither is like when I was in my teens and 20's. They say not to take while drinking, I'm always an advocate of physician advice but I've never experienced any side effects, this is not a recommendation for anyone to try this just my experience. I think Cialis hands down, although I will say that Levitra is my personal favorite but there is no coupon to get it. NOTE - if you can get your physician to prescribe you 30 of either at a deep discount at most major pharmacies. Enjoy.

I used "goodrx". Costco pharmacy was the cheapest at $7.00 and stop and shop was 11.00 but my local shoprite was more convenient.

In June 2021 I got a coloplast titan penile implant. Look it up on you tube. Best thing I ever did. Told my wife whos is not sexually active due to medical issues that i had a hernia operation. I am 69.
Best thing I ever did. It does not increase length but it restores girth to your teenage years. With the expanded girth comes pleasurable heightened sensitivity. My insurance paid 100%.
Operation 6/25/21. Got the go ahead on 8/15. Went to my favorite amp for a dress rehearsal hj. She was always he ant utc roaming. Top only.
She was so impressed she put on my party hat and she went had and deep with fs.

I can stay hard for 2-3 hours.

Super glad that works for you. I personally could never do it. Knowing I had to push a button in my balls to inflate my penis would feel very unnatural and non sexual. Just thinking about it gets me all squeamish.

But I’m not putting it down, glad it works for some guys.

I don't need adderall, but I still get it prescribed. You just have to say you have the symptoms.
