My biggest takeaway was seeing how jaded and skeptical mongers are with all the wild scam theories.
I knew along there was absolutely no scam here. Of coarse I had the advantage of being there and no doubt just about anyone on this thread would of had same conclusion if they had been there .

First off, sorry abt the cancellation. Whether it be a provider or a civvvie, the sudden cancellation always blows!

Yes, us mongers are jaded and such, but i assure u that many of us were rooting for you to come back to us saying that you took the lady home.

That's a bummer, cancellations always sucks. I say enjoy the ride, enjoy the flirting and the off chance encounters for what it's worth. Even if I don't bang a girl, I still enjoy any moments of sexual tension (or delusion...) I get.

In the asian mindset, saying no is something they try to avoid as much as possible.
Assuming there was no scam, and you helped her find her phone, saying no to a dinner date would be very difficult for her to do. This way she came up with an excuse where she was saving face by not saying no to you at the onset.
