The party is over for all of us.
police will soon start Raiden
Anything with prostitution.
As long as the NY District Attorney’s office continues to see how packed and overloaded the court system is currently, there will be no prosecuting or arrests made in mongerland in NYC. NJ and Westchester are a different story.

The important point you made here is when You said that "both skilled and unskilled labor are needed", and "They're taking jobs that hard working Americans feel are beneath them and remain unfilled". The reasons Americans refuse to do these jobs is not simply because they feel it's beneath them, but mostly because they don't pay enough. If they were paying a million dollars a year to sweep floors, Americans wouldn't care whether the task is beneath them or not..they would do it.
Not true. My janitor makes 27$ an hour and is a murderer and is on Megan's law. If you can provide him a job sweeping floors for more than 27 bucks, I will give you his indeed. This man is about to get fired too. He comes to work sometimes, and those times is 50 59 if he's drunk or high, even worse after lunch. Twenty seven dollars an hour to sweep floors and he won't do it. His predecessor lasted two weeks. This guy I think broke the record at six weeks. Men, cityfolk especially DO NOT WANT TO WORK, regardless of price. In this town, if you make 27 bucks you are king daddy, most jobs are of the 12 dollar variety. But you gotta fucking come to work and not be high and also like, ya know, DO the work.

I'll take his job for $27.00 per hour. I'll even bring my own broom and mop.

lol the polo shirts we stopped buying them two years ago. The long sleeve logo t's work best in our environment, and you get THREE when you're hired!

No shit though, one of the guys we hired, he was pretty good, but he got this terrible attendance streak going, like every day after pay day he got "sick", and then every Monday regardless of payday he had some amazing story of why he was an hour late. Amazing stories for real. One involved a deer and a boat somehow. This guy, my ops manager fired him, and then like a week later I was at the Wendy's drive thru, and there he was! So he couldn't come to work on time for a 27$ job, but he showed up for a 10$ job. For sure it ain't about the money. Unless he wasn't showing up there either, which is probably more likely.

Again to the topic, I don't see streetwalkers round my neck of the woods, but can we bet on their attendance records? Probably super awesome I bet, rain, snow, hepatitis, whatever, when people want to eat, they figure out how to work suddenly. In my town, every child gets five meals while at school, three for themselves each meal and two to take home. Not likely these people are super hungry enough to come work for me. I heard they still air Jerry and What's Happenong on TV in the afternoons. Way more better use of time than working.

Hmmm so being a lawyer or a doctor , but not speaking the language that mist americans themselves speak poorly, negates their ability to work?
Typical ignorance
Uh,.....yeah. How is a lawyer who doesn't speak English going to do his job here if HE DOESN'T SPEAK ENGLISH? Also, no offense, but you criticized other people for speaking poor English, but you spelled "most' wrong, didn't capitalize "Americans" and put a comma where one is not needed.

None of these people have to work in their trained profession (If they are a medical doctor , there is no barrier)

For you the comma was not needed.

No barrier for foreign MD’s to practice in the US?!?!?!? If this isn’t also a typo, you may want to research that one. Re-doing a residency is kinda a huge barrier even if you’re lucky enough to get matched to a residency program as an FMG.

Yes, that’s your opinion. Your opinion doesn’t correlate with the realities of regulation however. Most immigrant Md’s will never be able/allowed/licensed to practice their profession in the US

True, but the doctor has to be able to communicate effectively with his patients, staff, etc.. otherwise there will be problems, since they're dealing with people's lives.

Most of us are more comfortable with professionals and others who share a similar background as yourself.
If that person is a fellow expat, it makes it even better for reasons most natives will never grasp

That i know, i have been in the same situation, from school days, sutting in a classroom and being made to feel inferior, or been told outright that you are.
Having it said i should be grateful to be in the honours/ advanced courses, only to realise after a week that all of these advanced courses are stuff you did three years prior in my inferior learning facility

Actually the root cause is simple math and basic economics of scarcity. We have a growing global population (the rate of growth has slowed but it’s still growing) and finite resources.

The incentive for mass migration is political. There’s a subtle difference.
From your post, I gather you don't have a clue of what you're talking about. It's not a matter of finite resources, resources are always finite. It's a matter of the circumstances and opportunities of where you're coming from, versus where you're looking to go.

correct. And these circumstances and lack of opportunities stem from capitalism, i.e unequal distribution of wealth. Of course some of these countries the people are fleeing from or not capitalist countries but global capitalism is the root cause.
