I believe there are more than we care to admit. Do they go to a traditional spa, most likely no.
They will sneak at meet up at motels/hotels. If the guy is single they go their place. Pretty sure some bring the guy home when the husband is working.

Let’s face it, there is a huge supply and demand imbalance when it comes to “fulfilling needs”. Women don’t really need to work for it. She can go to a bar, flirt with a waiter or find a fling online no problem.
However, as far as massage places? I think it’s more the legit spas like the Hand and Stone type places. She flirts with the masseuse and there is a decent chance he’s willing to accommodate. When you hear about these male masseuses in legit places getting busted for “inappropriate touching”, I think it’s often a case of misread signals. He thought she wanted more and he was wrong.
