Use a app number at minimum. Been using mine for 5 years or so. They definitely don't keep info long and don't react to subpoenas as quickly since it's a Canadian company.

Unless you are committing a heinous crime you will be fine. Or use a burner.

Go to Target with cash. Buy a $100 Visa gift card - cash. Then go buy a $29 flip phone and a SIM card using the gift card. And VOILA! you're untraceable. I don't even leave the battery in mine so it can't get a spam call or text and start ringing or buzzing at a bad time. I even pay AMPReviews dues etc from a gift card. No trail.

quick question, how long can you have it inactive without losing the number? problem with mine in the past, i wasn't active enough, then i even forgot to reload the phone to keep the number, then i lost it, fxxk... may be the technology is different now?

Not sure but you own the SIM card and the number is linked to that. If you lose the number just get another SIM card. That's what you're paying for anyway. Actually, if your number changes all the time thats all the better. Can't be traced.
