It's a personal thing but if you are going to be a repeat customer then go big. What means not the much to you means a lot to her. Is 20 dollars going to break you? If so you should not be doing this. These girls are people. Special people.

Let me ask this. During this covid thing do you tip better at restaurants or take out? I'll bet you do. I do. Same with AMP's business is slow so give them some extra and if you are regular you will be rewarded by it for sure.
i agree, tip a lot more at restaurants and AMPS. now

Minimum one hour tip for standard is $40 for me. I blame the woman worker the same as men for providing standard service for less than that, especially a repeat customer. They should not repeat the level of service with the same customer who tips 10 or 20. Some places don’t ask for the amount of tip up front. They are afraid to lose the customer to another location as the competition is fierce amongst the central Pa area. There are places where women will compete within the same facility for the same customer based on tip and other factors. They may be willing to provide more services.

I tip masseuses $30-40 for 60 minute legit massages, unless they have a bad attitude. Although it's not the same, I figure that if Waiters get 20%, and they serve several tables at time, they can do quite well. In an hour you are lucky to get 10 minutes of their time.

A masseuse serves one person in that hour, you, and this is her only tip. 20% just isn't enough if they are good, and helps if you want them to stay in business and look forward to your visit. Tipping a legit masseuse too much can make them uncomfortable.
