well, in order to get that specific title you need to have a high pressure boiler operators license along with about 14 other licenses thatvwre a pain in the ass to get. So the prerequisites for that specific title are not that easy to obtain. But once you have it, you basically have it made.

That's awesome.!!! The best part is the upward mobility. I saw a report that said Melliniums make 40% less than their parents. And another piece that I read said that Union workers traditionally made 40% more than non Union workers. With Trump and the Kochen Brothers trying to eliminate unions as well as decline in membership and participation rates I doubt if it's still true. In any case keep your union strong, participate and educate those young guys!!!!
