Do you have the standard? How much for what kind service? It's not like there's a menu
Well as you know to get a great bag like Gucci then you get treated as a Gucci member. There are no real standard but the more the better and it all depends on whether they like you or not or if they treat you just someone that they just want you to come and dump and leave. Sometimes it doesn't matter how much money you got, if they see you and don't like you, then they will treat you like garbage just as people treat them as garbage and says their services are bad and they are not performing. Services depends on both the buyer and the seller.

I chatted with the girls, was told it is very easy to get student or travel visa now if they from a city with clear background and good financial standing. They can get 10 year visa easily.
Yeah its been easy after Obama opened up the restriction and allowed them to have the 10 year visa.

Can you imagine making that kind of money with no college degree????? And $160k is a minimum just 5 customers a day 7 days a week. Shit, I need to stop processing and start pimping
I make more than that as a stationary engineer in Manhattan and I et these girls work 3x harder than i do. So that statement is totally moot.

flushing has changed over the years in terms of pricing. I recalled it was 120 standard service, 45 mins, shower with girl, light cat bath, cbj, cfs and a good bye cheek kiss/hug on your way out. today's services pricing is based on tiers, 140, 220, 300 and sometimes I see 400 for most places. the wechat's showed many flushing/Brooklyn agencies' with similar service price tiers. some of these places are almost up to par with the midtown cmps'.

Exactly what is a stationary engineer, what do you do and what type of corporation do you work for? Back in the old days you just needed a high school for a lot of these same jobs that now you need a college degree for. Ie> police dept and military service.

Here today, college grads are fininding it hard to get jobs and as well jobs that actually pay. The rule was, what you paid for you're total college education was what you made your first year out. You could have actually worked from the bottom up, but later who you knew became more important than knowledge or a degree.
It is the social expectation for a person with a degree to garner a substantially higher salary than a high school graduate.
But, let's be real...... most guys on this board dont make 100k without a degree. I've only seen it from city workers that were unionized and this included overtime.

And guys in certain construction trades.
For intensive purposes Trade schools may be included with colleges

Basically i read guages all day and make sure nothing blows up. Sounds stupid that a job like that would command such a high salary but we have to have serious knowledge of all commercial hvac systems in order to be considered for the job. My initial point, was that the fella stressed the whole college degree thing like you wont make any money unless you have one. I dropped out of college in my sophomore year because I was broke and needed money so I started training in the hvac field and worked my way up to engineer. Bottom line, and i will end it here because its waaaaaaay off topic, is that you do not need a piece of paper to "make it" in life. Hard work and using your hands can net you some serious coin too. Btw, i also own a woodwork shop where I make custom pieces for the ridiculously wealthy ppl of new york to put in their 1000sq ft den and forget about it lol.

Thanks for the explanation of a station engineer. I was wondering when will they replace the physically monitoring of various gauges with computers to monitor the hvac system? lol
There are already computer systems that automatically run the system. Theyre called a BMS (building maintenance system) which control each individual unit. But they have to be programmed by us in order to operate properly lol

This is why I added trade schools in a later post. It's still a formal education which cost you money to learn. In this country service providers dont have any traditional or non traditional training training for a diploma or certification to qualify them for their job. Theirs is an OJT provided at best by the people who are being serviced and porn videos. There is no pass or fail and there is significant career investment price. That's really my point. Granted Govt workers can make about the same but they have training which they more than likely undergo in their specific field to make promotions. I haven't heard of it in the provider industry. My apologies for leaving the trade and Govt workers out with out you guys everything would callapse.

Thanks for the explanation. The title is a little misleading.
