Haha I think she told me he booked her for multiple hours the following week. He never knew the real reason she canceled him so he had no reason to be pissed, just disappointed.

I've had more than a few appointments canceled. Never felt that was a good reason for me to BL the org or the girl. I'd only be punishing myself.

Have to admit that happened to me once, rather than turning sheeple I made it very clear. She immediately called me back to offer apology but I refused to see her. Not a good idea to outsmart the customer, they know better just as you do.
