i hate knowing that appointments can be canceled in favor of other mongers. when i book an appointment i've usually done a lot of reshuffling of life things to accommodate it so losing that appointment would piss me off. It happened once to me back in the RB days with a girl named Tulip. i was at the location and they canceled my appointment.
i think being able to book a day or two in advance is enough "perks" for regulars; no need to rain on another guy's parade. (i think i get 1 day prebook at BGC and 2 day prebook at LSC. i don't think anybody else gives me any favorable treatment.

For established providers and established mongers... prebook can be had week in advance. I recall prebooking a first appointment treat with Mina at the now defunked HD org on Christmas morning (forgot which year it was--been a while) when I was scheduled to fly in to SF the day before.
ah Tulip aka JJ, she worked out of LA occasionally as well. I miss that girl. Sometimes she would answer for herself and I recall setting up a 4am appointment. It was nice and unrushed, When she was indie for a brief stint she said she preferred late night appointments.

LOL, the girl wanted to see me and my $ more than she did the other guy’s. I don’t remember if it was her idea or mine to cancel the other guy. I think she may have offered it to me if I took his hours.

Haha I think she told me he booked her for multiple hours the following week. He never knew the real reason she canceled him so he had no reason to be pissed, just disappointed.
I've had more than a few appointments canceled. Never felt that was a good reason for me to BL the org or the girl. I'd only be punishing myself.
