Yeah I mean Kenzo is filled with SWs but its also an absolute disaster. I also wouldn't recommend driving through with out of state plates as LE tends to assume your there to buy dope.

that's the thing I'm not going by car I'm expecting a dumpster dive. I mean it's still dangerous as well, car or no car. Either way, I'm expecting a bad experience.

Whenever I travel, the first thing I do is investigate the local track(s), regardless of how ghetto it is. So pitiful on my part...but the thrill of the cruise just drives me.

Especially if you are a Caucasian person, you have a much better chance of being robbed and shot then having whatever thrill you think you're going to find.

Not trying to be a downer, but North Philly is a war zone and Kensington is not far behind. I've known of guys that were construction workers just going to work down there that ended up getting shot.

I'm not Caucasian but yeah, again, I'm gonna try to be as safe as possible when I see certain signs like looks from people I'll try to haul ass out of there. And damn I hope they don't die.

I may not understand exactly what you're after, but if you're looking for a street walker, I'd imagine there still have to be some Street walkers down around Broad and South or around several blocks of that location. At least it is safe there, or safer I should say.

If it makes you feel better there are projects and the ghetto not too far from there.
