There was a time when everyone in the hobby recognized Donny was a full 'o shit crook. You could admire him for it or dislike his practices, but there wasn't outright denial about the kind of man he is. Then he went into politics and people started pretending he was a better man. There is no redemption arc here, he's still dirty, I just wish he didn't actively make the country weaker on the world stage.
