Anywhere can have a problem at any time, cops will park wherever they want, the 7/11 is empty and nice view of the road. This place is next to a Dunkin and a Wawa and I’ve never seen any police going to those type of establishments
If you go somewhere and feel uncomfortable don’t go in

I think it’s a stretch that bc and OCSD unit was sitting at the abandoned 7-11 that the place is being watched. OCSD does not usually get involved like that in local investigations. The prosecutors office would rely on the local PD for invest or their own investigators, not the Sheriffs department. Sheriffs dept in OC guards the court house, serves warrants, CSI and K9 stuff. The unmarked at the wawa though would make me nervous.

It may get cracked soon. Honestly not worth the risk for me. Toms River has cracked down and raided a spot in 2017 and recently in 2021 . Won’t be surprised if this place is next smh

Everyone forgets that this South Toms River and its own municipality. If Toms River is investigating anything it won’t be this place as it’s South Toms River. And if the cops were bothered by it, it would be gone since it’s literally in their backyard. But by all means stay away!
