NY you are 2.8 , North jersey LMP 2.6 , AMP 2.0 , but In DE 1.6 was the normal. In AC in call. It’s 2.5 . In philly you can get FS for 1.4 not full hour still not bad. Most important is to feel you are welcomed and treated honestly and nicely. I have driven an hour and a half after making appointment to see a particular provider and got really screwed by the bait and switch. In the Spahunter days there were some paid pimps that put up phony reviews to get your money. Especially for some Russian thieves.
Well, it's not like going to your dentist, or hair cutter, or tax preparer and find your appointment was given away. Every Asian Massage Parlor that allows walk-ins has experienced mongers making appointments and they never show up. I bet it happens frequently, and they have no recourse. Guy walks in, with cash in hand, they go with the sure thing. They are not telling him to leave and hope the monger who called hours ago is definitely showing up.
Best practice is to plan no more in advance than the time it takes to arrive at your destination. Literally in your car, engine running, solidify the appointment and say you'll be there in 20, 30, etc. minutes. Even then it's a crap shoot, but you've stacked the odds more to your favor you will get the girl you want.

Different options for booking an appointment exist. I am very specific about who I want an appointment with. The sure ways are:
Limit the number of different places you go to. Become a well known customer and friend with the Emo/Owmer.
Always show up on time for any appointment so they know you are dependable.
I have a relatively short list of girls in my rotation (4 or 5), ones that I really like. Get their contact info so they also know I am coming. Some will even make the booking with the Emo herself.
This allows me to make the booking well in advance so they can adjust for othe appointments around mine. I made today's appointment yesterday morning.
Be a little flexible, I have had calls before to adjust the time of my appointment a little or find out about it when I get there. Doing them a little favor to adjust usually pays off with a more lenient longer appointment or free house fees.
All of this makes things easier, predictable and satisfying. And if I do want to try a new spa and provider that you guys so highly recommend I will still call well in advance and assure the Emo that I always honor my appointment.
