It's not doomed at all. If you really feel that way, go see the mid 40 to late 50 year Olds at the other spas with the sane old talent for years now.
respect you @Happy Jack - sincerely do with all your insight and knowledge... but this place has the crossbows of finality on it. Been in this hobby for decades now, NB is a zero tolerance township with hobbying, always has been - the last few places in this town got raided fairly fast, loved the one across the street from the courthouse lol. The reviews are out of control, as is the parking in front of people's homes vs the actual lot. Perhaps is sustains for while longer but it is without a doubt raising many red flags. Just the facts my friend.

Yeah, the parking in the street is bullshit. I watched some asshole park right in front of the cemetery entrance one day. I had to restrain myself from calling the police myself and having them towed. If I wasn't worried that it would draw other unwanted attention, I would have. This place is busy enough now that they should only honor appointment and do screening. They should also tell people that park in the street, that they need to put their car in the lot before they let the street parkers into the spa.

I mentioned HAGNJ before as a comparison, almost a identical situation. This place is way to blown up, won't end well unfortunately and it's our own darn fault...
No comparison. HAGNJ was in the worst possible location. Assholes going in the backdoor up the fire escape didn't help either. Dream is nicely located in an area where they are not bothering anyone, except possibly the house located next to them. I'm sure they are used to the traffic from when the medical office was there.

What satisfaction do all the haters get in crying wolf? Reviews are nothing but hearsay. Trust me, getting shut down is already factored into the business plan for these places anyway. When these places get shut down, they just reopen somewhere else. When 202-206 got shut down in November of 2021, they took their pound of fresh, and told the girls and the owner they could go right back to work the next day if they wanted to. A few places in Bridgewater and Somrrville had issues also. They all are still open and run by the same owners. As long as these places pay their taxes, respect the building and fire codes, and everyone is working there by their own free will, no one really gives a shit.

What happened in Edison only happened because the mayor wants to redevelop that whole stretch of route 27 with big not retailers and family restaurant chains. They didn't want the massage business to discourage those businesses from opening in the area.

I would like for Dream to test out charging more for some younger talent like HAGNJ did.

Youngest one there was probably Japanese May, and she was 32 when I saw her about this time last year. Yuki and Suki both are probably younger than her.
You are guessing ages or you know this for a fact? I don't think I have seen anyone sub-40 at dream (I could be wrong)
