Was just apprised of new talent in residence there: Michelle and Amy, and will check one of them out soon.
I haven't always had the short-timing express experience during my visits there, but I have recently, and I complained to the text-mms about it after my last visit.
She assured me that it wouldn't happen again. I hope not, but I'll hold her to that and we'll see.

When I was shorted I made sure to let MMS know. Trust me, she more than made up for it at my next appointment. I reminded her about my shorted time during the previous visit when I was scheduling. She let the girl know and I was in there well over an hour and included post service massage which is a favorite of mine.
