The common theme should be respect, a commodity unfortunately in short supply in all aspects right now.....I believe how we treat providers, and all others for that matter, directly reflects on self-esteem.
Upon opinions of this board, last week I visited a well-reviewed provider (with amazing results, the subject of an upcoming review coming soon) and prior to departing, I extended her the respect of asking if she minded my posting a review, which she enthusiastically agreed to.
