You all should write this one off as an option. The facility is actually dissapointing too. Only exception was when Sue took over briefly. Then you could overlook the disaster of the place itself.

I went here today, Thursday, August 12. I called from across the street attendant said come in. Stood in their little lobby for five minutes call again said she had dry cleaning to pick up and be right there. Waited another two minutes and gave up. On the roll up I saw a little Asian walk out of the spa in shorts and a shirt and went to a car occupied by an older Asian man. Thought maybe there was another attendant so I went in to the store. After I called the second time wondering where they were I looked out the door and the two of them are carrying a laundry basket down the sidewalk. I gave up and left. She called my number and said they are good now come back I said no thank you I’m done goodbye. From that to me the Place seems terrible.

Mr. Chan correct, since Sue gone I will never go back. Saying you did not like her look or the vibe I would of walk out the door. Philly has several great spas to go to PM me if you don't know. Sorry to hear you got ripped off!!

They actually changed their number it’s posted on the window I was walking by called it and tried to book an appointment she basically rushed me off the phone and as I was asking her a question just hung up in my face.. if that’s the behavior on the phone I can only image how she is in the room..I’m tempted because the last time I was in that building I was being serviced by sue but I don’t think I can pull the trigger on this one..
