Don't disagree with what you're saying, but I refuse to accept poor service whatever the excuse, and however well intentioned. I consider my own recent experience with May as particularly egregious. Never even offered a partial refund, only the vague promise of a free massage at some later date, which I declined. I vote with my wallet and my feet. In the past 15 months I've bailed on a dentist, a barber, a housekeeper, and now Skippack Massage, all for poor service. I can spend my money anywhere, so why would I spend any more at this train wreck? As I told May, she's a good person who made a bad decision; and that bad decision has cost the spa my patronage, and the girls my future tips. As far as I'm concerned, stick a fork in it, this place is DONE!
