You are correct, they're good people there and it's not like they're trying to be malicious or conniving they're just trying to do the best they can to appease everybody.
Don't disagree with what you're saying, but I refuse to accept poor service whatever the excuse, and however well intentioned. I consider my own recent experience with May as particularly egregious. Never even offered a partial refund, only the vague promise of a free massage at some later date, which I declined. I vote with my wallet and my feet. In the past 15 months I've bailed on a dentist, a barber, a housekeeper, and now Skippack Massage, all for poor service. I can spend my money anywhere, so why would I spend any more at this train wreck? As I told May, she's a good person who made a bad decision; and that bad decision has cost the spa my patronage, and the girls my future tips. As far as I'm concerned, stick a fork in it, this place is DONE!

Have maybe 10 to 12 AMPs within reasonable driving (10 to 20 Minutes.
I have been forced to the sidelines temporarily by some unforseen expenses. It's been 3 wks to date with the possibility of another 3. To keep myself from going off the deep end, I decided to emulate Santa. I was told once that Santa is always jolly because he knows where all the naughty girls live. I started making a list of all the spas that are within a 45 min drive (traffic included). So far I have 33 and still finding more to add.

I agree, the best way to handle bad service is to go somewhere else
I called this week and asked for Susan. May said she was gone and didn't know when she was coming back, but she would give me a good massage. I said no and i would wait until they had 3 girls again so I would not get interrupted by phone calls or switched or shorted in time. She just said "sorry" and hung up. So be it.

How about just using some common sense? When you’re with a customer don’t answer the phone until the appt is over. It's not complicated.
If the bosses call and there is no answer, somebody is in trouble. These places are run like a military unit. It is always and only about the money. And if they are indebted to their "sponsor", they do what they are told. Sound familiar ?

Yang Yang and Skippack are owned by the same people so i am sure the same rules apply. About 6 months back the services was much better at both. Used to able to get clothes off and, if you were lucky, FS. Now not even close to that the last time I was there.

I think we have beaten this dead horse enough. We are the market and are free to go there or not. If the girls are fat, dumb and happy nothing will change until the demand goes away. Not in my rotation for the near future.
