Yes, this is becoming the norm at this place. May is the phone answerer because Ewa and Anna can't handle the people on the phone without screwing it up. I told May the last time about taking phone calls in the room. Also, I think business has been derpressed because of the recent LE closures, so this place will not turn away anybody even if it involves switching or overbooking and making you wait. It is also the situation at Yang Yang as reported above.
