It's obvious that some of these guy's make lot's of money & probably worked their ass's off building a company or became a lawyer or doctor. I got a haircut yesterday, and tipped my Barber just over 100% of the fee. Christmas tip. Was the haircut any better? Not that I can tell, but I appreciate his service throughout the year.

Problem with mostly looking and not contributing depends on what one has personally going for them. Normally I don't need more than what have but when they are away, good to find a temporary provider..Found a fantastic therapeutic masseuse that tried help her with additional clients by listing her. Age is irrelevant. A tip (or larger Tip) is given or offered for a services that you are happy with or feel the service provider went above and beyond of the expectations of what the service normally provides. You ever give a higher tip and a restaurant when the service was exceptional or the server went out of their way to make the meal more enjoyable? I wonder if another diner would come over to you if you did and complain that you are ruining it for everyone else, lol
