If what you mean is that management offers a hot line-up and guys tend to review those ladies, then yes.
And management often does ask customers to review the services. What business doesn't these days? What's wrong with that?
In the case of SASY, it's a combination of factors: hot providers, excellent facility, inobtrusive location in an industrial park.

See they got you to respond to the comment with yet another advertisement LOL. They are absolutely great people I have known them for many years and would expect nothing but the best from a new location. Sometimes I think that management doesn't realize what kind of business they're actually promoting. I mean if I was the absolute best coffee in Allentown I wouldn't go stand on the mountain and scream it to the masses. Just my opinion, would like to see them stick around a little longer than BS.

I have a ready bioassay at my disposal, which discounts most variable factors (except for extra-firm implants).
An A is easy to gauge.
If I can suck the breast in and fit all of it into my mouth (I have a big mouth), it's a B.
If there's some (up to about half) that cannot fit into my mouth, it's a C/C+.
If there's no friggin' way, it is D or larger.

The only place I've been when BYOC was necessary was an R&T in the Upper Midwest, usually L1 only, and my provider was offering L3 service under the radar.
Afterwards, she wrapped the spent condom in a tissue and placed it in my pants pocket, after asking whether that was OK. She didn't want management to see the evidence. Kinda gross, but that's where we live.
Anyway, I go BYOC because I generally don't like the standard condoms offered at most places. I find they are too small, too tight and restricting, too thick, too uncomfortable, and generally detract from the enjoyment compared to what I can pack in.
And rainman is right, setting out your tip and a condom at the outset obviates any negotiation, saves time, and avoids the need to speak any incriminating words that might be overheard (linking services to $$).
I only make this play if I'm pretty sure it will go over well: if I've been there before, or I'm sure from reviews that it is an L3-friendly place.
