Oh man, if there is only one provider in the house and she let's the next customer in before ST, just run, do not walk. She beat you for the house fee, no need to get beaten for the tip. I would have given her $10.00 and bolted. I probably would have talked loud enough so the other guy would have second thoughts.

Opening the curtain and tossing in some change for the meter at the other monger is an option I may have considered briefly, if in a similar situation.

Why not give him a full frontal view!!!! Doesn't really matter what you look like, the image will take him out of the mode really quickly!!!
