I think that the general practice is that the house and the masseuse splint the $60 and the masseuse keeps all of the tip.

Listen here. The price you pay spa is $40 for 30 mins and $60 for 60 mins. The spa keeps tat amount. The girls work on tip.

For people new to the hobby or those who are overly cheap, here’s my tip guide for an hour long stay:
Legit therapeutic massage = 20% - 25% tip. They rely on tips and the work can be demanding. I tend to tip higher at immigrant-run places that offer lower priced massages because they depend on high volume.
AMP HE = $40 min -$60 tip depending on how much roaming, performance, clothing coverage, etc.
AMP BJ = $80 -$100 depending on performance.
AMP FS = $100 min - $160 depending on attitude, accommodation, TS, etc.

Nice, but my suggestion is make it a 20 minimum tip for legit massage. A little more as you become friendlier with the masseuse.

And we all know that gfe/vip has a required higher standard rate.

Otherwise, I like the suggested tip ranges.
