I've only visited here once so far, in the early morning, but from the recent descriptions this is sounding less and less like a desirable destination.
A dude chugging beers and puffing smokes in the kitchen.
A noisy poker game going on in the background.
Not to mention consistently delayed scheduling, during which you get to hear your provider screeching and moaning while being rammed through her paces while you hang patiently with the boyz.
Whatever else you can say about the ill-fated precursor Afton Spa, at least it was quiet, well-scheduled, and largely smoke-free.

If they would get the downstairs renovation finished and get the real spa up and running, I think that would resolve most of your concerns here. I was hearing a bit of chatter from the kitchen on my last visit there when I saw Alice, but I didn't have to wait and I didn't see behind the curtain to the kitchen.

That's an unnecessary worry at this place. They are just trying to do business while the place downstairs isn't finished renovation and the apartment set-up is what they have to work with right now.

I don't know who's apartment it is. There doesn't seem to be any sleeping quarters for anyone except the working girls, unless there are more rooms beyond the kitchen. I have never been past the curtain that covers the entrance to the kitchen.

It's probably a real problem to site an AMP shop somewhere far enough from the Karen/Dale community not to arouse a tribal response, yet also far away enough from roughboy areas to avoid crime.
I only visit in early mornings, but that approach doesn't help mongers who prefer the evening hours.

Yeah I tried that but the only one that's still around from the recent reviews is one I've already met, June, and I wasn't impressed with that particular skill.

Definitely agree, one time I went with a scheduled appointment after confirming 30 minutes before and they had me wait 50 minutes in a room because they forgot about my appointment and upselled the previous customer to adding an hour of time with Yoyo. All they said was 'sorry, we forgot' and wasted so much time. Also saw some shady people hanging around the corner especially at night, be careful
