Sucks when spas don't honor appointments. Then it's decision time. So I walk and let them know I will not stand for that bullshit or stay and give in and gamble. I say walk or they will do it to you again. If you walk I highly doubt it will happen again.
Always have a backup plan then you are not forced to stay. Even if the backup is not as good as least you don't get pushed around.

Agreed, mms apologized and I said what the heck I will give it a try... I mean I did not know mms could do that shit she did on my neck...
