Yes, it is currently only a few blocks north of West Passyunk, which is a solid Italian neighborhood, as opposed to the run down Black areas that it has already overrun.

Probably not the sandwich board, but for the same reason most mongers prefer discretion, many would rather not need to explain to their SO, friends, neighbors, boss, etc. if the video captured them. Apparently it has been taken down. I remember a story not long ago a well known AMP girl tried to go alone using a residence and someone in the neighborhood suspected hanky panky so they started photographing mongers and their license plates and confronting them outside.
