The runway is cleared she’s not super tall I’m like 5’9” lol but with her heels on she was a little taller then me I’m not super knowledgeable about terminology idk exactly what a spinner would be I’m guessing a light woman who likes to be on top? She isn’t heavy and does pretty much every position you can do on top lol so I guess in her way she’s a spinner

Yeah I went there and requested the $$ option tonight and got a TS and little slide and she tried singing a bit in the shower room it was nice I got Gigi this time around she’s a nice looking light skin girl

I am confused, maybe some other's are too. I though Saigon moved to another location and Ocean moved into the place. Is Saigon still at another location or Is Ocean a rebranding because service is a little different with a table shower option and a vip hour long session? Ocean Spa is in a newly renovated space on 10th St by Penang restaurant.
This space used to be Saigon spa.
I don’t know if Saigon still exists in Philly.

Wayne when they were renovating the old place Saigon temporarily moved to San diego spas location and now they are back with a new name that’s all

If you are walking from Race up 10th, Ocean will be on your left. When you reach Arch, turn left and Saigon will be 1/2 a block on the left

It might be a full block. Sort of across the street from where Tokyo Spa and Paris Spa were, but now at least one of those is operating under a different name which I can't recall.
