So they open up in a new building that is almost certainly not owned by the Spa, have girls come in and wait for clients, pay rent but have no advertising. Even established spas with trusted regulars advertise. Moreover, OP just happened to walk by a basement establishment and went in blind with enough cash for UTR fun? Does OP wander through basements of new buildings?
I'm sorry, but the dots are not lining up. I need to see an advertisement somewhere. I'd want to call and confirm they are open. A new place might have only a couple of girls, and if they don't feel like showing up, you could wind up at a locked door. Otherwise I think this is just a cheap shot at getting AMP review posting benefits.

And, some established spas don’t. New spas find it difficult to find effective advertising. There are those who tell the spa owners they will run ads on several websites but the ads are all cookie cut and not always effective in bringing in the desired clientele.

Maybe he’s a real estate agent checking out basements. Or maybe he’s a salesmen selling dehumidifiers. Who knows and who cares. He was in the right place at the right time.

If you show up and find a locked door take that as a good sign. They are busy. If the door is locked, it most likely means they are servicing the fortunate ones that went.

RR has plenty of posting benefits.
