Not starting a fresh review string here as I'm under the impression JOY is not a regular at Queen Spa (maybe works another location with same group, I think Fairview NJ has an affiliated spot). Anyways I wanted to see Nana first thing today (called at 9am). I was told she was working. I arrived and it was obvious they were awoken by my call and doorbell ring.
