That sucks. There is no reason for that bullshit. It hasn't happened lately, but I've walked out of places, including DDD, if I didn't get the woman I booked or wanted to see. I don't know your situation regarding the travel time to DDD, but I don't usually stray too far to partake, so it's no big deal for me to turn around and walk out. I'd still be royally pissed, but at least I didn't waste a lot of time. If I made an appointment, drove 45 minutes or an hour and didn't get the provider I booked, I would be extremely unhappy. Hopefully, Sue will do something extra to make it up to you.
