Thanks for correcting the number.
This is HT Rainbow Spa-Li Healthcare Center (and many other names) on Pulaski Highway just West of 896.
I'm not going to comment on Private details in the open forum here, but will observe that results at this location have been highly variable (mega-YMMV), and not always very satisfying. There is a frequent rotation, and in my experience there is often only one provider present.

And I might add, if you're into L1 services and a truly excellent massage, travel East on Pulaski Highway to find Royal Spa.
The ladies there will give you their full attention, and you can get a nice table shower to start things off.
You will not be disappointed!
If you're looking for L1-3, travel West and find Heaven Spa.
