1. condoms go down the toilet, they don't sit in trash cans, piling up and waiting for trash day.

There was a bust here in NJ a few years ago on the news, where the massage parlor called the owner of the building they were renting to complain about their toilets not working.

The property manager called a plumber, and turns out it was clogged with literally hundreds of condoms. So the property owner called the cops, and gave them the proof, which led to the place getting busted.

Hence, I don't think they are too keen on flushing them.
